Kevin is a Senior Managing Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and a Director of the firm’s National Multi-Housing Group and National Office & Industrial Properties Group. He possesses over 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in multi-family property sales. Since 1998, Kevin has closed in excess of 225 real estate investment transactions that have totaled over $850 million in sales.

He exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties that are located primarily in Southern California. Kevin has a variety of client types including high net worth individuals, partnerships, syndicators, corporations and financial institutions.
Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and a wide array of outdoor activities.

Tee Scott
Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant
Tee began her commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 2002, following experience with other brokerage firms. She returned to Marcus & Millichap in October 2025, joining The Struve Group as a Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant.
In this role, Tee is responsible for creating digital content for e-blasts and producing a wide range of marketing materials, including proposals, offering memorandums, mailers, and resumes. She also facilitates the escrow process by preparing purchase and sale agreements, counteroffers, and amendments; organizing offer submissions; coordinating due diligence; and ensuring transactions close smoothly.
